The role Entails the following :
- Provide HR Business partnership to deliver and program manage HR services around staffing, assimilation, performance management, development, engagement functions.
- Lead Initiatives and be responsible for implementing their people agenda to meet business goals
- Ensure all labor law compliance
- Ensure Admin activities as per plan
- Lead local liason team members
- None of the manufacturing units are unionized
- Partner with leadership across all levels to provide operational support, coaching and leadership developmental activities in managing the business operations
- Translate business objectives to people plans and drive people programs associated with these plans.
Qualification : MBA(HR) - Full Time is Must
