Job Description :
- The HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) is a critical role, responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and assisting in creating an engaging and productive work environment within the retail sector.
- The incumbent will further be responsible for spearheading the L&D and Internal Communication piece for the firm.
- With thousands of employees worldwide, they continue to expand their operations in India.
- Support the development of an engaging and inclusive company culture.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR practices.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR planning.
- Manage and mentor the HR team to ensure optimal performance.
A successful HRBP should have :
- The candidate should also carry strong experience working on the L&D COE, having set up various initiatives within the learning domain.
- Open to New Delhi as a location, WFO with flexibility.
