Job Summary
Leads the end-to-end HR services in line with the business requirements for the Hub and ensure development and retention of right talent to support business targets, ensure statutory compliances, implementation of employee engagement and welfare schemes; Lead identified Hub HR initiatives to enable right employee experience.
Areas of responsibilities :
HR Business Partnering :
- Lead the development of HR plan for the Hub in accordance with overall HR plan for the organization, Review branch HR plan and provide input for alignment to business requirements
- Review/ analyze employee requirements and plan initiatives for Hub, monitor to ensure implementation and report progress to Hub Head and HO HR as required
- Lead and manage the end-to-end employee life cycle - joining, PDR, learning, leaving process etc. for the Hub and ensure adherence to standard process with coordination from COEs and/or Transaction Center as required
- Facilitate grievance handling in coordination with Hub ER
- Monitor recruitment status at the Hub and work with recruitment team to ensure fulfillment in line with business plan
- Ensure training to indirect staff as planned and basic/ core training to all direct staff before deployment in coordination with training team
- Manage employee escalations & complaints at the Hub
- Provide input to HO for improvement of processes basis on ground realities and employee feedback
- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships including Hub team, COE teams and external partners.
Statutory Compliance :
- Provide all required information to ER team for ensuring employee related compliance at the Hub and client site.
- Monitor fulfillment of statutory compliances requirements along with ER team
- Monitoring revision in minimum wages in various states within the hub and support in obtaining necessary approvals for implementation
- Ensure implementation of HR chapter of ISO or preparedness for ISO or related quality standards
Health & Safety :
- Ensure observance to highest standards of Health & Safety norms in all areas of work
- Promote awareness among stakeholders on safe working procedures
- Identify & facilitate resolution of any health & safety incidents
