HR Business Partner - Legal Firm

We have an opening with a client in the Legal space based out of Mumbai. They are looking for a HR Business Partner for their firm. The candidate in this role report to the Managing Partner at Mumbai and will be the custodian of all the HR processes.

The role will further entail :

- Working closely with the Partners to understand their recruiting requirements and help them with hiring process.

- Managing the campus and intern program

- Responsible for the Performance Management System

- Responsible to drive the learning milestones for the new joinees as per the agreed process & timelines.

- Manage the exit process end-to-end including understanding the reason for leaving, initiating necessary formalities like - no-dues, having exit discussions with the member, coordinating the full and final settlement etc.

- We are looking for a candidate who has competed their post graduation/ masters in Human Resources with 4-6 years of experience for this role.
