Roles and Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and identify learning and development needs to support those goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training programs, workshops and learning materials that address identified needs.
- Create or source relevant learning content, including E- Learning modules, videos, and training manuals to support training initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of training programs which includes scheduling, coordinating trainers or facilitators and ensuring that training is conducted effectively and efficiently.
- Should stay updated with latest learning technologies and tools to enhance the training experience.
- Implement Learning Management System (LMS) or other digital platforms to streamline training administration and tracking.
