Span of Control: 150-200 employees
Reporting to: Senior Manager
Exp: 5-8 years
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Acts as a single point of the contact for the Members and Partners of the office
2. Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes in the office
3. Builds a strong business relationship with the Partners and Associates
4. Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary in the location
5. Recruits key talent
6. Facilitates the management team to bring the best solutions for members
7. Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive change in people management
8. Participates in talent management and retention discussions
9. Maintains the organizational structure and data for the location
