Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in most functional areas of HR including HR Business Partnering,

- Talent Management,

- Employee Relations,

- HR Operations and Policy/Process Governance,

- L&D, succession planning and cross skilling programs to create talent pipeline,

- Performance Management System for the organisation, change management and deployment.

- Reward & Recognition

- Design & implement Organization Structure, Grade Structure, Career Path Architecture & HR Policies for the organisation
