Human Resources Business Partner
Role: Seeking an experienced HRBP as per below mandates:
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Manage sourcing and hiring processes to attract top talent
- Lead recruitment efforts and effectively onboard new hires
- Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management
- Identify and address employee development needs to meet business requirements
- Assist in developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and provide guidance on HR policies
- Analyze HR data to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
- 8+ years of HRBP experience, with a focus on sourcing and hiring in KPOs, Consulting Firms, or Research & Analytics
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS systems
