Skills/Experience Required
- Experience of 12 years or more with a in depth knowledge of key HR processes and experience across the areas of OD and Change Management, Resourcing, Performance Management, Reward, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Leadership and Learning and Development.
- Extensive HR experience, ideally in financial services, working as part of a senior management team in a demanding environment.
- Ability to work in a highly complex matrix environment with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent judgment and good decision making ability in complex ambiguous situations.
- Stong people and team leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintian relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with SMT.
- HR degree qualification.
- MBA HR from top pedigree HR institutes with similar experience from KPO/BPO background
