HR Business Partnerships:
- Partner with Technology leaders and managers to understand business imperatives and articulate people priorities
- Be the HR point of contact for employees and managers in the Technology teams
- Partner effectively with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design to support a high growth business
- Serve as a consultative subject matter expert & partner with HR CoE functions like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Rewards and HR Operations to design solutions that cater to the people priorities of your teams
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for employee relations and performance issues
- Coach leaders and managers on a breadth of topics to perform at optimal management strengths and capabilities
- Analyse and leverage relevant data and provide in-depth analysis that drive people decisions
- Find ways to build engagement , improve workplace relationships and sense of community to boost productivity and retention HR Programs
- Drive the implementation / roll out of org-wide people initiatives for your teams to improve employee engagement, creating a performance driven culture and enhanced employee experience. Initiatives include, but are not restricted to Capability building, Learning interventions, Talent reviews, Benefits policies, Rewards and recognition and On boarding and new hire orientation programs
HR Operations :
- Develop radically simple approaches to business challenges while keeping alignment with the organization as a cohesive whole
- Manage the data integrity of our people records on the HRIS systems
- Partner with COEs to prioritize and execute on the needs of the business
Capabilities & Requirements :
- MBA - HR from Tier1/2 B-school with proven working experience of 2-5 years in business partnering (XLRI/ SCMHRD/ SIBM/ TISS)
- Exposure to start up environment is an added advantage.
- Strong business acumen & understanding of the business
- Understanding of HR concepts and evolving HR practices
- Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative to established targets and metrics
- Strong ethics and discretion to deal with confidential information
- Strong bias for action, problem solving and ownership
- Must possess the ability to switch between execution and strategy mode effortlessly.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and be a team player
