Company details: A 160 year old MNC is setting up its captive IT Shared Services division at Bangalore (Sarjapur). They are looking for a HRBP/Lead HR who would grow the headcount and perform all HRBP related functions.
Position Summary : You will develop and implement HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives. You will also provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, engagement, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.
Major Duties and Responsibilities :
Reporting into the Business Head you will be responsible for managing employees based out of the Bangalore office:
- Partner with Business Head to establish goals for all employees and ensure periodic review of performance against established goals.
- Drive the performance appraisal process for the business unit, ensuring fairness and transparency
- Drive Talent Management & employee retention strategies for the business unit, including promotions & succession planning
- Provide insights to business and HR leadership towards formulation of the people management strategy
- Manage expectations of Global Stakeholders
As a successful candidate :- 5+ years of expertise in Business Partnering preferably in a shared services/captive IT setup
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good stakeholder management skills with key stakeholders
- Experience in having managed a scale of 200+ employees
