Hiring :- AM/LAM/Manager/Sr. Manager for one of my IT service based client- Noida/New Delhi/Gurgaon

Must have: Qualification has to be regular from tier1/2 college only

HRBP experience into current role.

Role:

- Talent Management and Analysis

- HR Business Partnering

- Drive organization priorities effectively

- Conceptualizing and driving engagement initiatives

- Attrition Management & Retention strategies

- Closure of performance appraisals

- Exit Management& Analysis

- Grievance handling

- Design reward & recognition programs

Competencies Required:

- Ability to handle stakeholders independently and with minimal supervision

- Ability to generate business insight and timely input to stake holders

- Ability to clearly articulate situation in a convincing manner

- Ability to quickly understand stakeholder requirement and take action promptly

- Ability to manage conflicting situations

- Conformance with Policies/Compliances

- Intellectually agile and analytical
