Role Description
We are looking for HR Business Partner candidates (one each in Hyderabad and Delhi respectively), for an IT Services company headquartered in, USA with a large presence in India.
This position will report into the Head of HR and will also have an interface with the CEO for specific projects, and partner with the Business leaders to implement key initiatives
Responsibilities:
1. Provides business specific inputs to the development and execution of Company's people strategy, in conjunction with your Global HRBP
2. Translates HR strategy into practical and effective HR solutions in conjunction with the HR Leadership, CEO, and the business stakeholders
3. Manages initiatives / projects (Employee Retention, Performance Culture, etc.) working closely with HR Head, business stakeholders, location other functions to ensure the plan is on track and appropriately accounted for
4. Works closely with the HR Leadership and line managers, employees and Centres of Innovation to develop job ladders and career paths, to ensure that we develop the skills and competencies that the business needs while allowing individual employees to have clear horizontal and vertical progression paths
5. Work with Global HRBPs and managers to identify training needs and partners with L&D to ensure appropriate programs are developed.
6. Drives a High Performance Culture and is recognised as a true business change agent
7. Manages other significant HR projects as required
8. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Coaches line managers on complex people issues to ensure they are able to carry out their people management responsibilities effectively.
9. Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
10. In conjunction with the HR Leadership and the Compensation Team, oversees annual salary review and bonus process; performance management cycle, calibration, talent management and succession planning initiatives
11. Works with HR Leadership and managers to run and analyse data resulting from the employee engagement survey and develop and implement action plans to address opportunities
Desired Profile :
a) Full time MBA from a reputed institution
b) Substantial experience as a HR practitioner (10 to 12 yrs) or Business Partner in IT matrixed organisations within a diverse international environment, with broad knowledge across a wide range of HR disciplines/countries and a proven track record of success.
c) Experience within the Technology or a Service Industry preferred
d) Good business acumen
Key skills
e) Managing Team / Senior Level stake holder management - Strong organizational, analytical, consulting, relationship building and influencing skills. Ability to identify issues and formulate solutions.
f) Strong project management skills: good follow-through on goals, plans, and projects
g) Result oriented with an open and candid communication style
h) Experience in multi geography / business verticals in matrixed context
