HR Business Partner - IT Product Firm

Currently we do have an opening with our client for HR Business Partner.

Client : IT product Company (Global leader in payments technology and transaction)

Position : HR Business Partner

Location : Chennai/Mumbai

Experience : 12-15 years

Qualification : MBA/PGDBM in HR

Role :

- The position would be responsible for collaborating with HR key stakeholders and leaders to deliver a HR service.

- The position would also implement and deliver the key HR initiatives as the key interface between HR and the business.

- He/ She will act as primary voice of the organization and provide local guidance, support, and delivery on processes that require HR field intervention/execution and work with regional/global stakeholders as well as Legal team.

- He/ She will own the SAP implementation project across the locations.

- The candidate will anchor L&D framework for the organization and customize the L&D requirements based on the forthcoming business plans.

- The candidate will consult with business/business client on matters concerning change management and manages the talent pipeline requirements per business needs.
