Key Responsibilities :
- Drive meritocratic culture in designated team (s)
- Build strong formal and informal connect on the ground
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Mentor managers on best practices
- Provide guidance and input on org structuring, workforce planning and succession planning
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Assess learning needs across different teams and plan training programs to address them
- Plan, design, deliver and evaluate learning and development programs for all grades of employees
- Design and execute initiatives to communicate & inculcate vision and values across the organization
Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree along with an MBA from tier 1 or 2 in HR with experience of 3+ Years (min 2+ years of experience in HRBP roles).
- Innovative thinker, Self-motivator & self-drive.
- Proficiency in HR ERP Tools and Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel and PPT).
- Expertise resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations and performance management.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi task and Business Acumen.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) & interpersonal skills - stakeholder management, high energy and positive attitude
- Strong problem solving skills
