Location NCR.
MBA Essentially from Top business Schools - (XLRI, MDI, FMS, ISB, IIM)
Industry Experience - ITES / KPO / Analytics
Roles and Responsibilities:
Should have lead HRBP role for 6000+ employee strength.
- Partner with business stakeholders in designing and executing the people agenda in alignment with the
business objectives
- Drive employee engagement; promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of organization and partner.
- Partner with the business to run an integrated performance management, talent management and compensation process and ensure that timely completion
- Translates business needs into a staffing strategy and works with the Resourcing partner to develop resource requirement plans.
- Maintain close contact with the central HR organization
