HR Business Partner - IT/ITeS/Shared Services/BFSI/KPO

We are currently looking for a Sr. Level position in BP HR/ HR OPS/ HR Generalist role based at Delhi/ NCR.

- Required experience of 10 - 15 yrs with full time MBA from IT/ ITES/ Shared services/ Banking/ Financial services/ KPO/ Consulting.

Role involves:

- Responsible for handling Business partner HR role

- Responsible for development and implementation of HR activities / initiatives within the respective business unit

- Responsible for supporting implementation of Corporate HR initiatives and ensuring understanding and adherence to HR processes and policies within the Business unit

- Ensure adherence of processes related to Performance Management, Personal development & Performance improvement planning
