HR – Business Partner

We have an immediate requirement for the positions in HR – Business Partner for a leading ITES/ BPO at Mumbai. (Day shifts)

Education: Required MBA having HR Expertise and 8-10 yrs in HR ITES/ BPO.

Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for working closely with assigned Business Unit and location leadership team, line management

- Recognizes, collaborates to define and articulates complex problems/issues related to HR programs and practices delivered to line management

- Helps to drive organizational change, build organizational capability and create a high-performance culture

- Understand basic consulting methodology and enable to understand client needs, requirements, gaps, to provide recommendations, advice, and guidance in your area of expertise
