- Lead & Participate in all RFI's, RFP's and prospective client facing growth dialogues
- No revenue leakage in Operations talent acquisition. 100% compliance to Recruitment 2.0
- Champion data-driven HR decisions by continuous data analytics to influence desired TPE (Productivity, pricing & Margin)
- Review Organization design for optimal leadership capacity utilization & Talent Inventory (including risk and criticality assessment)
- Speedy Talent Supply- Through Skill Mobility program seeding 15% internal fungible Talent pool
- Ideate & execute on driving high retention across business (fair compensation/incentivizing rightly/career Path)
- Continuous radar on employee satisfaction/engagement. Drive 1-2% improvement in Employee Engagement Score
- Build a culture of high potential & Performance. Ensuring 100% performance conversations
- Drive the Diversity & Inclusion agenda
- Manage employee grievance & relation process
