Job Description - The HR Business Partner will responsible for supporting business teams in Bangalore, to meet business objectives. The role will be responsible for ensuring the operational capability of the Bangalore office. The role will work closely with global HR team to create, implement and manage people strategies aligned with business objectives. The role will report in to the HR Head, India and the Business Head.

The Successful Candidate - You will have 15+ years of experience in HR; with a Business Partner/Generalist background in product based companies. You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to organize and analyze data, using HRIS systems.
