Qualification: MBA from Premier College
Experience : 7 - 12 years
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Partnering effectively with various Functions & process owner of other HR activities.
- Ownership of talent charter by executing key HR practices (Eg. workforce planning, succession and retention planning, creating a high-performance culture, ensuring high employee engagement levels).
- Enable continuous learning and development of talent. Continuously upskilling the workforce capabilities specific to each business unit by focusing on skill gaps, new technologies and business priorities.
- Understanding of power of culture and engagement as a tool for execution and retention.
- Bringing in best practices to build talent and drive success for enterprises.
- Developing & implementing organizational development initiatives and employee engagement frameworks that encompasses all business units
- Handling Manpower budgeting, Financial Planning, Drafting Policies etc.
