Human Resource Business Partner
Work location : Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal, Bangalore (Work mode: Hybrid i.e twice a week starting July 2nd week. September 1st week onwards will start 5 days a week)
Roles and responsibilities :
Onboarding & Induction : Ensure effective execution of the selection process, post offer and joining formalities and maintain 30-, 60- & 90-days interaction with the new joiners
Employee Engagement : Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development
Performance Management : Review and analyse to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, Retention, and Employee experience
Grievance handling / management : Act as the first point of contact for all employee grievances and manage & resolve complex employee relations issues while conducting effective, thorough & objective investigations
Performance Appraisals : Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices: Engages in strategic business planning where there is HR impact in order to ensure successful implementation of HR programs and processes
POSH Compliance :
Compensation & Benefits : Provide compensation counsel and support including salary planning, review and approval of salary actions, Promotions and job re-leveling
Process Improvements : Identifies the need for new or improved HR processes and drives the development and implementation of those processes
Exits : Ensure smooth separation of Employee during exit
Strategic HR initiatives : Manages and leads priority projects that support organization-wide transformation initiatives
Qualification criteria :
- Graduate and Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources
- 10 to 12 (maximum) years' experience with at least 6 years' experience as HRBP
- Should be based in Bangalore
- Should be willing to work from Office (Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal) 5 days a week starting September (2022) 1st week
