HR Business Partner - IT Firm (Night Shift)
- Support theemployee engagement initiatives for the organization.
- Drive HR engagement agenda across the business unit by regular meaningful connects with employees and leaders and teams.
- Devising and Implementing Talent Management initiatives and programs which includes retention initiatives, coaching line managers on different aspects of people management, resolving employee relations concerns, career development initiatives.

- Drive initiatives to enhance the depth of the talent, thereby creating strong pipeline for future growth roles.
- Growth & Org Effectiveness
- Deliver growth agenda in line with business target; work with business leaders to ensure right org design.
