HR Business Partner (MNC IT Captive)

Position : HR Business Partner (MNC IT Captive)

Role :

- Work as an HR Business Partner within the Application Development BU of the MNC IT Captive

- Work on end-to-end functions of HR including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Supporting Employee Development, planning and executing HR initiatives etc.

- Should have good exposure to Talent Management in an IT Company/ Captive

- Stakeholder management

- Act as a trusted advisor to the BU leaders on key people issues

Requirements :

- MBA

- 8-10 yrs of experience in an HRBP role/ HR Generalist role at an IT Company/ IT Captive

- Should have good exposure to Talent Management in an IT Company/ Captive

- Good written and oral communication skills

Location : Mumbai
