Opportunities:This is an opportunity to be a part of the HR team, reporting to the Directors.

Experience and Knowledge - 10 years plus experience in operations and/or HR, prior experience of partnering with business, interfacing with and managing senior leaders across functions.

- Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the implementation of organizational HR strategies, policies and practices. This position will interface with Directors and Vice Presidents across functions and will have matrix reporting - HR and Operations

Location Gurgaon

Primary Responsibilities:

The indicative responsibility of the professional will be: Coordinate, manage and monitor the HR representation of various departments in the organization.

- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.

- Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.

- Partner and Liaise with Directors. Assist in the implementation of HR's strategic plans for operations and other functions.
