Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (BPS) for a CHRO -1 role, with 9-12 years of experience, preferably from the IT/BPO industry, to drive people strategies and lead HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Interfaces:

- External: Government regulatory bodies, executive search firms, HR consulting partners, and manpower vendors.

- Internal: Corporate HR and cross-functional teams to ensure strong stakeholder engagement.

Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA or postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management.

Core Responsibilities:

- Lead workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management.

- Drive employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and retention strategies.

- Coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and team development.

- Expertise in influencing, stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, and communication.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, grievance handling, and HR best practices across performance, talent, and development domains.

- Build and retain high-performing teams, support career growth, and align functional KPIs with organizational objectives.

Location : Mumbai; 5 day work week
