We have an opportunity for an HR- Business Partner for one of our client in Bangalore.
- 9-12 years experience as an HR Business partner and must have good experience in conceptualizing, creating, driving and implementing C&B, R&R, performance management initiatives.
- In addition, must have experience in leadership development, succession planning, organizational change management, internal communications & management, grievance handling etc.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Good stakeholder management.
- Experience in product organization preferred.
