Job Description :
- Implementing the HR strategy in the assigned Business/ Tower. Act as an escalation and primary contact point within the Tower for all HR matters
- Co-ordinate talent management programs, identify future leaders, succession plans, promotion
candidates, competency gaps, mobility opportunities and diverse talent
- Facilitate the compensation process including maintaining data integrity, analyzing and auditing data, educating managers on the company's compensation philosophy, coaching managers in making fair, robust and well differentiated decisions around employee pay.
- Provide project management support for HR-related initiatives being implemented
- Constantly review and drive improvements, efficiencies, and results of all HR metrics.
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
- Hire and coach team members and newly hired/ promoted people Managers
- Provide guidance and inputs on workforce planning, org redesign, succession planning and ensuring that core HR processes are applied appropriately
