Job Description:
HRBP role that spans from Onboarding of employees into the unit, till superannuation or separation, whichever comes first. The activities include engagement, development & growth of the individual and the business unit that is supported; She/he will lead a subvertical/ CEM Account/ Cluster of Accounts/ subpractice/vertical within a Practice; Candidate shall be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
1. Implement vertical/ practice/ Account -wide HR strategies in line with the overall HR & Business strategy;
2. Partner with the business to identify and fulfil short term business needs towards talent management ( eg: extra billing, efforts/ - leave lapses etc) and fulfilling the same;
3. Implement the development interventions & new initiatives defined at the unit level for employee capability building;
4. Work in collaboration with business teams to ensure adherance to guidelies set for the organisation for various employee lifecycle processes ie performance appraisal, Merit Salary Increase, Progressions, Rewards etc;
5. Plan and Execute Employee Engagement activities in the Cluster and ensure coverage as per norms across Locations including engaging of workforce through leadership connect ;
6. Track HR processes SLAs and ensures quality of delivery and 100% completion;
7. Interact with other functions to resolve process breakdown issues/ escalations;
8. Manages employee conflict, issues and greivances and acts as an employee mediator;
9. Participate in Webinars, HR Conclaves & contributing to the domain, internal and external and participating in projects anchored orgwide
