HR Business Partner
Job Description:
- Work with leadership team in assigned business units to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
- Partner w/ business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
- Review and analyse business metrics including data on retention and employee experience to recommend systemic improvements.
- Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
- Forming strong relationships with the leadership, managers, and team to be able to challenge and coach in a high-performance environment.
- Drive and lead initiatives programs for effective talent management &enhance employee engagement initiatives in relevant business areas.
