HR Business Partner-Tech
Role Expectations :
- Ensure the delivery of sound and professional HR guidance and seamless HR support.
- Operate as a peer and the key HR contact for leaders in the technology team
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team on ensuring delivery within timelines.
- Partner with the tech leaders to lead both annual and quarterly review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-levelling.
- Partner with technology leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
- Drive the employee engagement action plan
- Project responsibility for setting and scaling up graduate recruitment and managing resourcing
Skills & Other Requirements :
- 6 - 9 years of HR Business partnering experience
- MBA in HR - XLRI/SCMHRD/TISS/IMT/GIM/IMI/LBIMS/NMIMS
- Sound experience in HR partnering in a high growth environment, preferably in Financial Services or Technology
- Ability to manage, build relationships with and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to a fast changing environment
- The courage to challenge business leaders
- Commercial acumen; demonstrable understanding of business drivers and track record of taking actions that contribute to enhanced financial results
- Pro-active behaviour that demonstrates initiative and positive work ethic to ensure activities are delivered to the required time, budget and quality.
