- Hands-on experience managing line of business as HRBP - HR Lead Strong Business Acumen, understanding of Business Metrics, and strong Client Interfacing skills.
- A sound HR professional with credibility in the business, with good stakeholder relationships and who get things done.
- Must be able to identify any business problems and must be able to provide a solution for the same.
- Has the ability to innovate and integrate HR practices around critical business issues
- Communication of goal-setting with employees through one-on-ones so that each employee knows his/her KRAs for the year
- Must have experience as HRBP within IT Industry.
- Must be MBA HR from Tier 1 & 2 Institutes.
- Individual Contributor role.
- Will manage 600- 1000 employees.
