Job Description - Collaboratively work with the International leadership team to shape and support the delivery of a culture that is high performing, pioneering , putting safety first

- Engage with leadership teams to develop, lead and execute a people strategy

- Coach and influence leaders in organization design and change management with the aim of continually raising the performance bar

- Create interventions where capability growth will add value to the business and enhance performance.

- Plan future resourcing requirements, with particular focus on new projects and growth opportunities, and develop a talent pipeline to support strategic business objectives

- As a leading member of there team, build effective and collaborative relationships with wider HR teams

- Lead or participate in HR projects or other activities as required

- Develop internal and external networks to understand key people management trends, network appropriately and introduce creative and tailored solutions to the team

The Successful Candidate -

- You have an experience of working within the Electronics industry, preferably in a diverse cultural environment.

- You have HR project management experience.

- You have an experience of leading business change initiatives along with the ability and willingness to operate at both a tactical and strategic level.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building are among your key skill sets.

- Being an effective communicator and ability to positively influence comes naturally to you.

- You are able to work independently and build strong relationships at all levels in the organization.

- You have an MBA in HR from a top tier B-school.
