HR Business Partner - IT

HRBP with IT Product MNC- Bangalore

- Dealing with organizational/business issues including Change Management, Talent Management, team functioning and effectiveness.

- To Partner with Head of HR in India and Heads of CoEs to execute the HR strategies, programs, policies and practices that help the business achieve results.

- This person should effectively interpret policies to help organizations operate effectively within guidelines.

- This position will be one of the main interface with the customers with supporting resources from the HR Product Centers of Leadership and Learning, Benefits, and Compensation.

- As such, the successful applicant must be able to understand the business needs, articulate these business needs to partnering HR functions and apply HR expertise to develop solutions for the employee population.

Eligibility : 5 - 7 years exp of HR Business Partnering only from IT product companies

Joining Location : Bangalore

MBA from Premier Institute is preferable
