HR business partner (5-8 year,full time MBA from tier 1 and tier 2 college.)

Location :- Bangalore

Position :- HR BP (Managerial level)

Role:-

- The HR Business Partner would be responsible for supporting the business by identifying and developing solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis.

- S/he will be will be leading Generalist activities like employee engagement, driving talent management agenda, Attrition Analysis, Career Planning & Mobility, people committee initiatives, performance management etc.

Desired profile :-

- 5-8 year of expereience in HR-BP role with IT and services Industry.

- Full time MBA from premium institute

- Ability to manage a team
