Human Resource Business Partner
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with the executive team to understand business goals, objectives, and challenges, and align HR strategies to support them.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to senior leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent in alignment with the company's growth plans and culture.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions, assess candidates, and provide recommendations for selection.
Performance Management and Employee Development:
- Lead the design and implementation of performance management programs, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and managerial capabilities, employee development, and career growth opportunities.
- Advise managers on effective performance feedback techniques and provide guidance on employee performance issues.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Drive initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop and implement programs that enhance the company culture, values, and employee experience.
- Conduct regular surveys and analyze data to identify trends, recommend actions, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration, HRIS management, policies and procedures, compliance, and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and HR strategy.
- Prior experience working in a product startup or fast-paced technology environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
