- Acts as a Partner, aligning business strategy with HR services and solutions. Works closely with assigned Business Units to provide the HR/people perspective to business changes.

- One on one Group heads meetings
- Share HR informative emails/ communications
- One on one with employee for any confidential concern or issue disucssions
- Ad hoc surveys etc.

- In office employee meeting day / night - as and when
- Drive annual Performance appraisal process for country.
- Continuous collaboration with various BUS , managers, International stakeholders and other supporting groups for smooth functioning of the role.
- participate the HR Merger & Acquisition (M&A) process and on due diligence, while developing an effective implementation strategy to be most efficient with the cultural migration process.
