For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP). The position is based at Chennai in India.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

- Drive Culture

- Acting as a Change agent in Managing Organizational change and ensure continuous improvement in quality and value of HR services

- To provide employees with high level of proactive and forward thinking Operational HR services to Executives and Leadership team with regards to their human resource needs

- Responsible for excellent understanding of HR best practices and ability to apply this to employee relations cases

- To play a critical role as an internal consultant in influencing, identifying and maximizing opportunities to improve potential capability of the business teams, enabling them to exceed the key business challenges.

- To play a key role in forming, developing and driving an influential relationship between the new entrant and the managers

- Responsible for identifying talent and high potential individuals within business group

- - Resource / Project Management: The ability to establish an appropriate course of action, either for oneself or for others, and to manage all resources (to include people, budgets, contracts, systems and processes) effectively, in order to achieve an objective.
