HR Business Partner will work closely with CEO / Senior Management / Stakeholders to design and execute HR strategies that support business plans & goals.
- Someone who has strategically grown employee strength to great heights would be preferable.
- Working closely with Finance and Business teams to identify short term and long term recruitment needs in line with business plans.
- Ensure Hiring process, strategies, people management, are in line with business needs and market requirements.
- Ability to make or change HR policies that further help business and employee growth.
- Making and Handling smooth functioning of all HR Processes.
- Ensuring a smooth, engaging and sensitive exit experience to create positive exiting brand ambassadors.
- To Ensure high levels of employee engagement through various engagement initiatives.
- Ensure fully compliant and benefit structure and revision of processes for the company.
- Will be responsible for all HR and Employment related policies for the company.
- Manage a completely confidential 360-degree feedback review for senior management and leadership.
