Reporting : Senior HR Director, Global Shared Services and IT
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- In conjunction with HR Leaders and IT Leadership, establish relevant HR practices and processes for the Indian Center.
- Through deployment of robust talent, recruitment and development processes, ensure organisational and resource capabilities are in place to deliver business goals
- Deliver an agreed People Plan which supports business growth, builds capabilities and engagement and improves Ways of Working in support of the Strategies and goals
- Work in partnership with managers to ensure effective management of employee relations issues
- Lead any change management initiatives in support of organisational and employee related changes
- Work closely with the local, regional and global teams to ensure a commonality of approach, and their full understanding of the operation
- Facilitate the relationship between local, regional and global operations.
