HR Business Partner - IT

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Onboarding:

- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and managing new hire documentation.

HRIS Management:

- Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Payroll Support:

- Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and resolve any related inquiries.

Benefits Administration:

- Assist employees with benefits inquiries and coordinate the enrollment and changes in benefits programs.

Reporting:

- Generate HR reports and metrics as required for management review.

Employee Relations:

- Address employee inquiries and provide support in resolving HR related issues.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Employee Exit:

- Assist in the offboarding process, including preparing relieving letters, conducting exit interviews, and prepare the required documentation.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Expertise and knowledge in Core HR related processes (excluding Recruitment)

- Minimum of 1+ years of HR experience

- Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Good verbal and written English language skills. Ability to communicate and resolve difficult employee issues

- Creative with strong skills in event planning and coordination

- Proficient in MS Office; particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- You will be required to have good understanding of the internal and external policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance related to Human Resources and respond to employee queries.
