Our client is an Investment Bank based in Mumbai. We are looking for a HR Business Partner with 4 to 6 years [2015 to 2017 batch] of experience post qualification. Experience in Investment Banking or related areas in Financial Services is mandatory
The Job Responsibilities are as follows :
Recruitment - Lateral :
- Supporting and gradually front ending the lateral hiring needs till the mid management level
- Being updated and aligned on the talent movement in IB .i.e. ensuring market mapping is periodically updated
- Constantly reaching out and networking with the talent force to ensure pipeline is being built
- Tracking the campus pass out folks at various competing IB firms
- Meticulously updating recruitment tracker and sharing dashboards as per agreed timelines
- Exploring newer avenues to generate talent pool
- Closely working and deeply engaging with Hiring partners
Engagement Initiatives :
- Partnering in all employee engagement initiatives at the central and business level
- Constant connect and pulse checks of folks up to the middle management level
- Designing and releasing periodic dashboards and reports on the pulse check findings
- Stakeholder management, being very prompt and timely in responding and handling the senior management folks of the function
- Being updated on the latest trends in the competing market space Market Intel
- Staying close to the ground, constantly picking insights on talent movement, compensation movements/benchmarking,
- Picking insights on IB teams image and brand amongst the relevant talent pool
- Support in PMS process execution
- Supporting in ensuring timely update on the KRAs and KPIs
- Reviewing and sharing feedback with the respective stakeholders (upto mid management level)
- Supporting in ensuring PMS process is smooth and meticulously executed across verticals
- Being a backup for the Bonus calculation and disbursement process
