The Candidate :
- Premier Institute MBA with 8-12 years experience.
- A strong exposure to IR apart from handling a corporate role would be the ideal fit.
The Role :
- Implementation of HR policies across the entire spectrum of Recruitment, Selection, PMS, Comp& Ben, Leave & travel.
- Manage Employee engagement and Talent Management
- Training & development .
- Responsible for statutory compliance, records & labour laws.
- Adept at CLRA.
- Manage and visit Government Offices for Liasioning and Maintaining Cordial Industrial Relations.
