Job Description:
- Drive HR through a business lens.
- Be the culture champion to drive the right culture within the specific business unit/function you are responsible for.
- Drive teams to innovate and raise benchmarks on objectives such as service levels, cost, and productivity.
- Measures effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs to ensure they are delivering desired business outcomes.
- Be the HR SPOC and drive customer delight on all people related aspects for the Function/Business unit you would be responsible for.
- Co-create the Manpower strategy with the talent acquisition team and Business Leaders.
- Deploy proactive strategies to drive retention, improve productivity , and unleash potential to achieve business objectives.
- Create and drive the capability strategy for the organization encompassing learning and development, talent management/succession planning, and leadership development.
The ideal candidate have the following exp/traits:
- Full-time Post Graduate in MBA from premium colleges with a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR
- Excellent collaboration skills and an ability to liaise with senior stakeholders to move forward towards inspiring results.
- Engaging with heads of department.
- Strong leadership, Problem-solving & people skills Leadership Competency
- Adept at designing frameworks & processes from scratch basis organizational needs.
- Ability to create buy-in for interventions amongst HR and Business Leadership.
- Mindset toward scalability, sustainability, and cost consciousness
- Technical knowledge of HR sub functions like performance mgmt systems, competency frameworks, employee engagement frameworks, best practices in people strategy and policies
- Good analytical skills, ability to use data and ingest data for decision making
