Qualifiers :
- Post graduate with HR specialization
- Should be experienced/proper knowledge of Labor law / industrial relation etc.
- Capable of handling 2 - 2.5 K employed
Preferred industry background:
ECOM, FMCG, Retail, Telecom etc

- Passionate and driven by ownership across all facets of the job requirement including people, business, culture & leadership.
- Prior COE expertise in areas like Compensation benefits, HR Operations or specialist roles would be strongly preferred
