HR Business Partner - Internet/Online

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources Business Partner-Tech and Product.

Responsibilities:

- Developing the HR agenda.

- Developing HR strategies, policies, Legal and practices.

- Improving and monitoring employee productivity.

- Structuring compensation and benefit packages.

- Managing the lifecycle of employees.

- Improving relations between staff and employers.

- Evaluating staffing needs.

- Overseeing recruitment efforts.

- Managing and allocating HR funds.

- Engaging with heads of department.

Requirement:

- Tier 1 College

- Candidate from Internet Startup Experience in Preferred

- Experience in HRBP for Tech and Product
