HRBP- Upto 22Lpa
What you'll be doing :
- Work closely with the HRBP lead and other HR sub-functions to plan and execute the HR/Business priorities
- First level escalation point for business for resolving issues (eg. Disciplinary issues, LOA/externship requests)
- Drive performance driven organization with effective performance policy and process, collaborate with business leaders on performance reviews, compensation reviews, promotions, development plans for critical talents and corrective plans for low performance etc.
- Talent Development: To facilitate capability building of employees to build and nurture development charter of all employees so that employees are more adept to achieve their business goals
- Work on the Succession Planning in collaboration with the business.
- Advise the business on rewards and recognition approaches and drive implementation of supporting programs
- Ideate, develop and implement employee engagement and team building initiatives to create a positive work environment which further leads to improved productivity. Drive employee engagement surveys and work with business on the actionable.
- Understand external market landscape, research trends, develop knowledge and share with others.
What we're looking for :
- Bachelor's degree or MBA with appropriate experience preferred
- 3-5 years' work experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to plan, design and implement people programs
- Ability to collaborate across teams and work with leaders on various initiatives
- Strong facilitation, presentation and planning skill
- Ability to collaborate cross-culturally with diverse individuals and teams
- Mature, passion for dealing with people and a great team player
- Ability to work through ambiguity and complexity to provide simple, expedient, and pragmatic solutions
