HR Business Partner for an Internet Company
Our client is a Series B funded Internet organization and they are on an expansion mode.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with business to roll out all key HR processes (performance management, development programs, compensation, benefits etc.)
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices
- Partner with the leadership team on various strategic initiatives such as organization and culture, transformation and succession planning, etc
- Partner with employees and leadership to develop policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce
- Provide guidance and coaching to employees on employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, career development, talent assessment and retention
- Oversee the annual performance review and employee recognition systems while ensuring that performance management is an ongoing and effective process
Skill Sets :
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience in Technology startups.
- Ability to navigate across the organization with excellent relationship building skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and articulation skills
- Ownership and creativity to come up with innovative initiatives from scratch
- MBA in HR
