- Directly reporting into the CHRO, manage end to end employee life cycle for the organisation.

- Drive company policies from scratch as organisation takes scale.

- They are looking to hire a seasoned HR Business partner who can be a part of their growth story.

Description :

- Manage end to end employee life cycle for tech-workforce of the organisation.

- You will be instrumental in driving company policies from scratch as organisation takes scale.

- Manage various business stakeholders and work directly with leadership.

Profile :

- 5-8 years experience in HR Business Partnering managing Tech-workforce is a must

- Experience working in start-up ecosystem in Tech-Product/ E-commerce/ Internet space is a must

- MBA from a reputed institute is mandatory

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required

- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities required
