At present, we are having an urgent opening for HRBP - International Business (AGM / DGM / GM) with a reputed business conglomerate based at Kolkata location for their FMCG vertical.

Position - HRBP - International Business

Internal Designation - DGM / GM

Based Town - Head Office

Reporting to CHRO and dotted to CEO IMD

Working closely with Director- IMD /Promoter

No of Reportees - 1

Overall Responsibilities

- Understanding the Business dynamics and sensitivities and advise the Business on HR road-map.

- Talent Acquisition of existing, vacant and new positions in GCC, Bangladesh, SEA, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Russia & CIS country regions. The company is dynamically expanding into different countries and needs a person to head the HRBP function of those countries also.

- Sourcing Channel Development to maximize direct hiring and minimize hiring agency like Campus Relations, Hiring Tools, LinkedIn Profile Management, Alumni Influence, Reference Hiring, Rewards, Lateral Hiring etc.

- Stakeholder collaboration to understand business Projection, Business Process Understanding, Talent needs, Critical Position assessments.

- Generate Talent Reports to provide insights on the Talent Landscape, Hiring Vs Attrition, Talent Availability supporting decision making.

- Vendor Management: Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies, evaluate their performance and staffing or engaging with new firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

- Design and roll out of policies, practices as per local labor laws and dynamics of diff countries.

- Design HR Policies, SOP's and processes, streamline function in order to ensure positive audit, ensure compliances to bring HR Operational excellence, efficiency and controls.

- Accountable for sourcing, salary negotiation and offer roll-out at all levels through collaboration with Business Heads/Partners.

- Identified training needs by using various methods of assessment and facilitated training to ensure the growth of all employees across the business's functions.

- Present HR Focus Areas to top management on quarterly basis.

- Handle employee life cycle through operational excellence.

- Handling Special Projects such as Compensation Benchmarking, HR Automation, and Employee work station allocation planning etc. and adhoc activities for business & functions.

- Bolstering business grass root resource requirement through annual Campus Recruitment.

- Deliver data updates to central team within timelines.

- Take regular business feedback and respond on closing employee related concerns in Business.

- Act as employee champion in understanding the employee pulse through various forums including HR round tables and skip meetings.

- Will be Responsible for implementing action plans based out of the employee satisfaction surveys.

- Responsible to Develop new programs for better employee engagement
